Ahh, with it being Golden Week it makes me wish I had time to put a party or something together for the academy, but I've been so busy between classes and the Super Junior League, I didn't really have the chance to set anything up. Plus I have that tag duel coming up too.
Never mind! I'll just make sure that I plan something for the summer instead! Maybe another beach barbecue? I think that'd be fun!
I'd like to do at least one more event before I graduate! I know I'm gonna miss setting them up when I do.

Event Post 18 - The Naturia Spring Festival
*It's a beautiful, warm spring day on the island, the best type of weather for Yuya's Naturia Spring Festival where you guys, yes YOU, get to run your own events for the day as part of the festival!! Be it sports, treasure hunts, tarot readings, bake sales or anything else (as long as it would be school approved!)
Feel free to have your Academy character run an event for the festival anywhere on the island, or join in at other's events!
(Note: This takes place after the end of the Barian plot, BUT because we actually haven't done the ending to that yet, please try to refrain from discussing it if possible! HAVE FUN!)*

So, I'm hoping to run a spring-time event around Golden Week, like I did last year with the tea party. I'm thinking around May 3rd, 4th or 5th.
I was thinking if we held it on the 4th, we could do something with nature as a theme, with it being Greenery Day! I also wanted to do something different from a party this time.
So I decided to post and suggest my idea of the 'Naturia Spring Festival'! With this idea, I figured I could let you all run your own events for the day so that we can have a number of events running across the island. Want to do a bake sale? Go for it! Want to run a treasure hunt in the forest? Excellent! Want to do sports on the beach? That's a-ok!
The idea will be that if you want to run an event, I'll leave a sign-up sheet in the Academy lobby, where you will list your name, dorm, the event you wish to do and a contact number, then a month before the festival, Tome-san and I will run through the list and either contact you with a go-ahead or give a reason for it not being allowed. Really, the only way it won't be accepted is if it's a dangerous or inappropriate event!
If it's needed, one of the teachers can take a look over the final event list before everything is ok'd and finalized!
Running an event means that you'll be responsible for it though.
This is still in the idea phase, so any questions or suggestions are welcome!!

While my mom was here, I happened to mention to her about the event planner stuff I've been doing and how I was wanting to run an event some time during Golden Week, but I wasn't sure what to do. She suggested if I wanted something more relaxed to maybe hold an outdoor spring get-together, maybe with cakes and drinks.
Then as soon as she got back home from visiting she started e-mailing me cake recipes by this 'Michio' guy she likes so much...
...well, I guess I could give them to Tome-san and see what she thinks of them.
So, would everyone be up for a sort of... outdoor spring tea party? Plenty of cakes, drinks and... I guess I could see about setting up a little dance area? I was thinking it could be held outside of the male obelisk blue dorms, by the lake.
Hm, would you all prefer to go to it dressed casually or have fun dressing up fancy? Or maybe just 'come as you want'?
Heheh, it sorta feels good to be doing regular fun things again without worrying about the Desperado stuff.
