Event Post 11 - End of Year Get-Together!

*Since this week is a week off from classes before the next year of school at the Academy begins, Yuya has decided to put a little personal get-together for his and Yuma's friends in the Osiris Red dining area. A chance for them to celebrate passing their finals and also to give a send-off to their friends who are graduating.

The tables have been moved to be around the walls of the room and have bowls and plates of various snacks, as well as various drinks in bottles (soda or water) which can be poured out into plastic cups that are provided. Music is playing off of Yuya's duel disk, but it's not particularly loud. This is definitely more a personal gathering party rather than a full-on party.

Don't feel your character knows Yuya and Yuma good enough to be invited? Just turn up anyway! They won't mind!*

*Noticing that she looks a little shy and embarrassed, Yuya decides to go and talk to her for a bit.*

Hello... Yuya, right? Ugh, I keep wanting to call you Tomato.

*He laughs lightly.*

Yeah, it's Yuya.
I don't mind if you call me Tomato though, if that's what you're more used to.

Yes, I am. I've actually already got a majority of my things moved over to the mainland, now.

::Scratches her head. 'If he's graduating, he isn't a part of the hired help, I guess...'::

*Yuya is tending to putting snacks out on the table, though he doesn't seem to be as energetic as he usually is at his parties, though maybe it's because it's a more relaxed atmosphere.*

*I was going to say "where there's food and Yuma"... but maybe sometimes, Shirou only gets it half-right.

needless to say, this guy approaches with the sound of a cane lightly hitting the floor with a tap. tap. tap. If Yuya looks at him, he might vaguely recognize him from around the school-- isn't he the assistant for Professor Wakahisa?*

*Yuya does indeed recognize him as Noriko's assistant, he's seen him around. He looks over at him, then at the cane he's lightly hitting the floor with as he approaches. He comes to the quick realization that it's a cane that blind people use in order to help get around, by the way he's using it.*

*Well, that voice definitely isn't Yuma's, but it's friendly sounding.*

*I'd hope you were friendly, yes. he smiles a bit.*

Ah, sorry. I'm looking for a... Yuma? I know he should be here, but I can't really seem to find him... *Oh, so he knows Yuma?*

Really, what else would he be doing? There's food here!!*
