Event Post 21 - The Winter Gala

*Today is the day for Yuya's Winter Gala, being held at the Obelisk Blue male dorms, in their huge events hall.
The entire hall is mood lit with blue lighting with special lights projecting snowflake shapes onto the walls. One half of the room has a number of round tables, covered with blue or white table cloths. Chairs can be found around the tables and each table has a small fancy snowflake decoration as a centre piece.
The other half of the hall is the dance floor.

Around the walls is where the buffet tables of food can be found, including various Christmas/New Year themed food and desserts and a number of punch bowls.
The whole set up looks very fancy!

For this party, it has a formal dress code, so smart clothing is required! So put on your best dresses, suits, shirts ect. and join in on this party that Yuya (and Tome-san!) have obviously put a LOT of effort into.

*In the greatest surprise of all time, Yasha Grave exists! She has a very glittery blue dress on, which would just look identical to Elsa's if it wasn't for the fact that she's had Yang Zing patches pressed onto it. You didn't even know they made those, or that you could put patches on dresses.

She is everywhere and nowhere, an eternal ball of energy bouncing from one christmas to the next christmas.*

*Sylvia quickly walks over from the punch table as soon as she sees you, looking very serious before stopping right in front of you and staring.*

*Yasha stops mid whatever-stupid-thing-she-was-doing.*

Hi Sylvia! Long time no see!!

Y-yeah, uh...

Yeah, so...

You're like, really pretty and stuff, and like...

Thanks! I bought it, like, three hours ago 'cause I didn't know this was formal!

*Did she even notice she was called pretty? Probably not. It wasn't talking about how she's PRETTY HYPE, after all.*

No problem! Sorry I haven't been around in forever, Europe tournaments just kind of happen and Viccy is like "No you gotta go do it to maintain image" or whatever but there's cool pro league stuff in Domino now anyway??????????

I-it's fine, I know how stuff is, I've seen you around. Not that like, I follow you, but like I like see you at parties and stuff and like I like... I don't stare. It's fine. I just think about like maybe dancing and like... don't. Also. What am I saying.

*Yasha blinks. And blinks again. A third time. Her head tilts.*

Huh?

[shiningsylvia]

Um... dance. Dancing. Gay. I mean, not gay. I guess. Friends. Yeah. Stuff.

*Looks behind her to look for BFF back up*

Oh jeez, where's Trena?

[heroestar]

*The gears in Yasha's head slowly start to turn. She continues blinking, before making something resembling a realization.*

Are you asking me to dance?

[shiningsylvia]

*Starts to blush uncontrollably and slowly curls into a giant ball of red*

Y-yes. Um.... like you're really, like... p-pretty and like... I... yes so... I-if that's okay, then... uh... we're both girls, it's fine I can like... yes.

[heroestar]

*Yasha's face goes from normal to red as a tomato in like a fucking split second, holy shit is she okay that's not how the body works wow*

Uhhh. I. Uhhh.

*And then she sprints at top speed for the exit.*

Uh... okay... I'll just... wait here... and...

You can't hear me anymore.

I should stop talking.

There is a shriek of rage from the crowd as a purple and blue and parts are blonde and almond skinned blur hurtles through and over various party goers, dropping a beat up occultist to the ground as it throws itself at Yasha to tackle her.

"YOU GO NOWHERE"

[heroestar]

*Yasha has barely enough time to register that she's about to be tackled before she slams into the floor, Trena atop her.*

WHAT IS HAPPEN?!??!????!!???

"You are to dance with friend Sylvia or I will do a score of unpleasant things. Perhaps hook her up with someone who does not run?"

She leans down to whisper.

"Or eat your heart. I heard if you eat heart of dragon you become one." she chomps her fangs together. And then giggles.

"Ay, just kidding. Go have fun with my friend tonight, yes?"

*Sylvia runs over after tripping in her heels*

TRENA, STOP! DON'T THREATEN HER!

"Did not threaten. Merely. Uh. Told truth?"

She smiles innocently.

W-well, like, tackling her is... probably not good. Also, like...

*Stares at Yasha, turns red again starts to cry and runs*

I'm sorry!

Trendafilka's hand grabs you as you try to run.

"OH NO NOT NOW NOT EVER. YOU TWO ARE GOING TO DANCE. NOW."

S-she probably doesn't want to! Especially after you like... everythinged stuff!

[hardcorebestcore]

"Oh. ...oh. I... I did. Sorry."

She hops up, looking small and sniffs.

"I.. I'm so sorry."

and she runs herself.

[shiningsylvia]

I...

*Deep breath through tears and says something quietly to Yasha*

I'm sorry, please just forget about me. I'm sorry.

*Goes back to the punch table and hides under the table*
