Event Post 4 - Christmas Party Time!

It is the Friday before winter break, and of course, it's the day for Yuya's Christmas party at Duel Academy!! If you head to the practical dueling test area you will find it completely decked out in paper garlands, tinsel and baubles. There is music playing loudly in the room, which is mostly popular Japanese music, but also some occasional Christmas tunes mixed in. Most of the music is upbeat, but there are also some occasional slow pieces too!

Up on the top walkway is where the buffet of food is set up on tables with just about everything you could imagine being on offer (And yes, there is extra of the meat based foods, Akuma!) as well as a few punch bowls scattered about. There is also a really nice strawberry Christmas cake on one of the tables, feel free to take a slice everyone, it looks REALLY good.

Down the stairs is the bottom part of the room, which is being used as a big dance area for anyone who wishes to dance to the music.

*blinks at this red-haired student* Yes. A holiday party before all students who will be returning home for the break, leave. This was organized by the school's events planner, "Sakaki, Yuya".

I believe there was notice about it, put out by the school.

Mm... Enjoyment for me, is hard to come by. To vocalize, to be more accurate. However, I do feel at ease with the celebration itself.

*he really must just be some ghost that's haunting the Red dorm instead if he's having problems with stuff like "enjoyment".*

I suppose that misery sometimes enjoys company, but I feel it would be unnecessary to ruin the enjoyment of others, Futaba-kun.

Enjoyment, and sadness, like all emotions, are fleeting. It is best to embrace the fact that you even have the ability to feel them.

Feeling can be troublesome. But you would be wise to not assume that having a lack of emotions would make such things easier or better.
