*For the last two days, Yuya had remained unconscious in the hospital after being found in the park by Yuzu. No-one knew what had happened to him and the hospital could not find anything wrong with him, so they assumed that he was suffering from exhaustion.

But on the morning on the third day, Yuya finally woke up.

Although groggy and unable to think straight at first, he instantly recognized Yuzu and his mother who were at his bedside.

A few hours (and one unappetising bland hospital meal) later, he is now coherent enough to talk about what happened to him.*

Event 25

[Event following on from Yuto VS Sora: Log]

*Standing alone in the park, Yuya and Yuto exchanged eye contact in silence.
Yuya didn't understand what had happened. He didn't understand why Sora suddenly just disappeared right in front of him, or what all that talk was about between the two of them.
But he sure as hell was going to find out.

Turning around to fully face Yuto, Yuya's face looked furious.

"What happened to Sora?!"

Yuto stared back, but didn't respond to him.

"What's going on?! TELL ME!"*

I feel like maybe I should say something on here.

I know what it looked like the other day, but all I can say is that is wasn't me who helped Kurosaki, nor was it me who attacked Hayate. I was out of the room looking for Johan at the time.
I don't even know Kurosaki and I've never even spoken to him.
I'd never attack or hurt another duelist. I'd never go against my beliefs that dueling should be fun. That it should create smiles for everyone and that extends outside of the actual dueling too.

I also wouldn't of so mindlessly risked my place in the league, after working so hard to get into the top 10 and getting close to the top 8.

I know I can't actually prove any of this, especially with so many witnesses who say they saw me, so I have no choice but to take part in the tag duel that was set up.
But no matter what, I'm going to stick to the dueling I believe in, my Entertainment Dueling.

...I think I'm going to avoid vending machines for a while. A long while.

I've been a bit out of it the last few days, but when I was catching up on some stuff, I heard about the announcement about the Pro-Duelist, Edo Phoenix, going missing.
By the sounds of it, he vanished under similar circumstances to my father.
A Pro-Duelist who didn't show up to a match and has been missing ever since with no trace.

Maybe it's just a coincidence but... there's always a chance it might not be.

Saturday will mark 3 years since my dad disappeared.

So not only does he use violence during his duels, but he also attacks people unprovoked and claims it's "evening the odds". Duelists like Juudai, Akae and Isabel would never duel unfairly and attacking any of them is not evening the odds! That's just... a duelist should never do anything like this! No person should every do anything like this! Why does he believe these things and why does he feel violence is the answer to it all?

Duels should be about creating smiles, not just for the audience, but for your opponents too. It should be something enjoyable for everyone!

I got an invite to the Action Duel Tournament.

I really wanted to go and take part in it, but...

... I declined.

It really sucks, but, it's the same month as finals and there's no way I'd be able to concentrate on both.
